Suggestions for improving the visualization of magnetic resonance spectroscopy voxels and spectra

MRS is one of state of art neuroimage tools. It provides information about neurotransmitters concentration within a certain brain region. This purpose of this study is providing suggestions on how to visualize MRS related parameters to help researchers to evaluate MRS data quality.

Vuong was supervised by Dr. Duncan and got his master degree from GIMBC. He is going to the Max-Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics, Universität Tübingen in Germany to pursue his PhD.
