臨醫所邀請國際學者，任職於多倫多大學醫學生物物理學系之Dr. Hon Leong 進行講座，
講題為Novel Target for Invadopodia:MALAT1 ncRNA and Plectin，
Prof. Hon Leong is from University of Toronto in Canada and previously Mayo Clinic in the US.
He also serves as the senior scientist at the Sunnybrook Research Institute in Canada.
Prof. Leong is the leading expert in prostate cancer and cancer invasion, and he pioneered a unique chicken embryo PDX models for studying cancer invasion, which he will help TMU to establish.
Recently, prof. Leong also developed the first prostate cancer liquid biopsy based on extracellular vesicles.
He will talk about the role of a novel lncRNA and invadopodia target in cancer invasion.
